Registered Dietitian
Elizabeth Laird, RDN, CD
Elizabeth is a state of Wisconsin credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, specifically integrative and functional nutrition. She earned her Dietetics degree in 2012 from Mount Mary University in Wauwatosa, WI.
She applies evidence based research about nutrition to contribute to the health and wellness of individuals. Elizabeth spent a decade in the healthcare industry creating corporate and individual programs to help businesses and individuals achieve health and wellness success.
She is the founder and owner of Eat. Cure. Sustain. At ECS her team helps businesses and individuals optimize their health by meeting them where they are at and assisting on their health and wellness journey.
Elizabeth is married with five children and resides in Elm Grove, WI. Outside of her career, she enjoys time in the kitchen, partaking in activities at her children’s school, and family time together.
Nutritionist
Katie Prescott, MS
Katie has been working in the field of private practice nutrition for almost five years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and continued her education at Maryland University of Integrative Health where she earned her Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health with an emphasis on human clinical nutrition.
She has a passion for helping her clients transform the way they eat; she believes that, with the right food, each of her clients can experience how good their bodies are designed to feel. As a wife and mom, she understands it is not reasonable to expect “perfect” eating. Through realistic and approachable nutrition recommendations, clients can expect to achieve sustainable success!
